All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Because our products are handmade using natural oils, butter, and tallow-based ingredients, certain items may soften or melt during transit in warm temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect product quality or effectiveness. If your product arrives softened:

Refrigerate briefly if needed before use
Klout Kulture is not responsible for product texture changes caused by heat exposure during shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
